in this opportunities i would like to share with all the reader about the risk of No Super User Cost (SMC) ...
in this topic i learn that the SMC is expensive and not cheap...
during the software implementation, an SME may need to spent a few days a week getting up to speed....
once these system is up and running, the SME could be spending another half to full day per week supporting users and performing others tasks...
certain organization have more than one SME to spare for backup...
experience clearly show that if SME is not in the budget, then the project will fail spectacularly.... that all for this topic... thank you reading.... see you next time...
