pertama bdak laki nie entah pe name tak.. dia nie suke buat tindakan tanpe pikir akibatnyer dulu..

In this chapter i had learned more about the supply 

chain management basic..

i also have learns factors driving Supply Chain Management

 there are 4 factors which are visibility, customer behavior, competition and speed...

besides that, i also learned about what information that company want to know by using Customer Relationship Management....

first is how recently a customer purchased item in company, 

 second is how frequently a customer purchases item from company, 

and last is how much their spends their money each purchase...

i think that all for this chapter..

 which are expert system, neural network,

this system have the ability to mimic human intelligence...

 so if any problem happen it can solve its 

by it own or automatically...

 its can make human work more easy and save a lot of our time...

okay right now i want to share with you about 

information cleansing or scrubbing...

 what i understand is scrubbing is the  processes of remove all unwanted information and inaccurate data..

 so if you have this software you can delete all data that you does not need.. 

this can maintain the high quality of information in the data warehouse..

this software also exist in your laptop... 

and you can used it too...

  its give my new ways to delete inaccurate 

and unwanted data in my laptop... 

that make my work more easy that and also save a lot of

 my time to check one by one and delete the information...

 that all from me...

chapter 7: storing organization information (databases)

 ready or NOT here they COME!!!....

This time i want to share with you guys about the database models....

for your information...

 there are 3 type of database models which are 

hierarchical database model, 

network database model and relational database model....

first of all is HIERARCHICAL database model...

these model is an organized into a tree-like structure by 

using parent or child relationships in such a way that it cannot have too many relationships...

and for NETwork database model...

it is a flexible way of representing objects and their relationships..

third is RElational database model..

 this model  stores information in the form of logically related two-dimensional....

this model  really attract me to learn more about IT...

in class i always fell confusing  about this models but....

 after read and ask my friend especially my house mate.. 

i can understand a little bite about it.. =p

 transactional information and analytical information....

they are type of information..

in transactional information the data are from

 business operatioanal activities....

its also known as online transactional possessing system (OLTP)..

example are purchasing office supply, purchasing stock, 
sales receipt, airline ticket, packing slip...

for analytical information is data that had been produce as result after pass through several prosess..

which are extract, transformation, loading process..
as example are  product statistics, sales projections, future growth, trend....

i found this type of information is quite interesting because i never realized about this process....=P
