chAPTER 4 class madam salina

Assalamualaikum....

For this entry I want to tell you guys about chapter 4 

which is measuring the success of strategic initiatives...

 In this chapter... 

I get to know about the key performance indicator 

which is tied to business drivers...

And for the first time...

I got to know that united states have the most efficiency IT metrics 

now i am updated...

gambor nie nak menggamborkan yg aku dpt new information....

and 

Canada have the most effectiveness IT metrics...

besides that I also got to know about six types of efficiency IT metrics 

which are throughput, transaction speed, system availability, 

information accuracy, web traffic and last but not least response time....

For effectiveness IT metrics are four types.....

 (Usability, customer satisfaction, conversion rates and financial)

Then I gain more knowledge about website metrics 

and 

supply chain management metrics (SCMM)...

 There is eight of website metrics which are

 abandoned registrations, abandoned shopping carts, click-through, and conversion rate, cost- per- thousand (CPM), page exposures, total hits and unique visitors...

 SCMM have five which are 

back order, customer order promised cycle time,

 customer order actual time, inventory replenishment cycle time and

 inventory turns ( inventory turnover ).....
