today i want to talk to you about what

have i learned and understood in chapter 3

 which is strategic initiatives 

for implementing competitive advantages..

there are 4 strategic used in business...

firstly is SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM)...

what i understood is SCM are 

the most simple process used in business..

 example is when you want to sell a product to market.. 

you have to know how to produce the product???

what the material used??? 

how to send the product to customer???

where to get the material??? 

the most important is how

 to simply the process involved....

secondly is CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

what i undertand from this CRM is 

the customer relationship with the organization....

objective of CRM are

 to increase customer loyalty, retention and company profit...

BUSINESS process reengineering ( BPR )

objective to make business processess best - in - class.

ENTERPRICE RESOURCE PLANNING ( ERP )

keyword is "enterprise"...

ERP integrates all departments and functions...
