Today i want to talk about heart..

this is what we all think when we talk about heart..

and this is the real heart look like

then...

hehehe..

okey let continue with our topic...

Do you know how our heart functioning???

What is the function of our heart???

The function of the heart is to propel, pump and supply blood which contain oxygen and nutrients to all of the cell in the body.

Firstly, to understand how our heart function look at this anatomy of the heart below

From the picture we can see that heart can be divided into 4 structure which is right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium and left ventricle.

Blood from the body through the superior vena cava and inferior vena cava to enter the right atrium with deoxygenated blood.

Then, the blood enter the right ventricle through tricuspid valve.

Next, the deoxygenated blood enter the lungs through pulmonary valve.

The deoxygenated blood change into oxygenated blood in the lungs.

Through pulmonary vein, the oxygenated blood enter the left atrium and then enter the left ventricle through bicuspid valve.

A oxygenated blood through the aorta valve to allow it be sending to the brain and throughout the entire body.

That is how the entire body get the oxygen and nutrients for the use of cell and tissue in the body to make energy and functional well. 

noted : mitral valve = bicuspid valve

in this topic i learn that the SMC is expensive and not cheap...

 during the software implementation, an SME may need to spent a few days a week getting up to speed....

once these system is up and running, the SME could be spending another half to full day per week supporting users and performing others tasks...

certain organization have more than one SME to spare for backup...

The really meaning is IT -based on tools that supports the work of teams by facilitating the sharing and flow of information.

Besides that, collaboration system also solves specific business 

Tasks such as

Telecommuting, online meetings, deploying applications, 

Remote project and sales management.

From this topic i get to know about the strengths of the collaboration process lie with integration of many system which namely as 

Knowledge management systems, 

content management systems

Workflow management systems, and groupware systems

First let get to know about the Ecommerce...

Ecommerce is the buying and selling of goods and services over the internet.

It also refers only to online transactions...

Then the Ebusiness derived from the term 

Ecommerce

 Which is the conducting of business on the internet 

And 

Not only involve buying and selling transaction

 But also serving customers and collaborating with 

Business partner...

Next let get know about the Ebusiness models...

This model is an approach to conducting electronic 

Business on the Internet

And last but not least... From the information i can 

Conclude that the Ebusiness

 Is proses of business in virtual dimension and 

Usually not involved transaction face to face 

Communication...

When The User Enters Or Updates Information In One Module,

 It Is Immediately And Automatically Updated Throughout 

The Entire System.

what i understand from the this chapter is 

customer relationship management (CRM) will allow an organization 

to provide better customer service,

 make call centers more efficient, 

cross-sell products more effectively, 

help sales staff close deals faster and many more...

i also understand that the depth of the relationship is 

concern all of customer relationship and 

the data that company find out using the CRM is 

to know how frequently a customer purchases items with the company, 

how recently a customer purchased item with the company and 

last but not least is how much a customer spends on each purchase with the company.
